For UK in stock items minimum order is 3 trays. For regular customers there is no minimum orders. We reserve the rights to refuse to supply any goods ordered at our discretion. Delivery Times and Backorders In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. Items not in stock will be ordered directly from the manfacturers and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. These delivery times may be subject to delay and stock is subject to availability. Backorders: We do not work on a backorder system. If we do not have the item in stock and the manufacture does not have the item in stock we will inform you and cancel the ordered item unless requested otherwise. Delivery Charges UK Mainland Under 3 trays : By Royal Mail Special delivery : We recommend using our TNT courier service. All other orders are sent by TNT. International customers We can quote via UPS, TNT or FedEx for delivery, International customer must pay there own courier costs. Payment Terms New customers: Pro forma invoice: payment required at time of order. If items out of stock we will refund the difference. We accept all major UK credit and debit cards. Bank transfer: International customer must ensure they cover all charges. Existing customers: On account, 30 Days: Please note: failure to pay outstanding invoices will result in your account being placed on hold. Butler White Ltd reserve the right to charge interest calculated at the current statutory rate for any overdue payment. Customers making late payment will also lose any discount offered for bulk orders. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a printed copy for your future reference. All goods supplied by Butler White Limited remain the property of Butler White Limited until they are paid for in full. All prices are subject to VAT. A VAT number must be supplied by any international customer for VAT to be exempt. Other Information If a colour or size is not specified at the time of ordering either the most popular option or whichever is available will be supplied. All goods are priced per item unless stated. Products must not be sold or marketed via auction websites without any prior permission. Inlcuding eBay, CQout All of our customers have the rights to use all of our manufacturers images and CDs will be provided free of charge. Returns and Cancellations We have a strict returns policy. In the unlikely event that a fault may arise we request that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to notify of the fault. We will issue you with a RA number which you should include with your return. Orders placed via wholesalerush.co.uk or via Butler White for wholesale please note we do not operate a sale or return policy. Goods returned to you by your customers remain your property. Faulty or damaged goods will be credited or replaced. Goods returned for any other reason will only be replaced at our discretion. Returns must be sent back by secure delivery, We can not be held responsible for any lost orders. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any cancelled orders. If any parcels are received damaged or opened this must be noted as “parcel damaged” with the courier / postman for a claim to be made and any missing goods to be replaced.
